Solution:

Open Rate team took over the ownership of outreach activities. Starting from building the processes and also testing them. The biggest challenge was combining needs between all offices we have across Europe - they did this work excellently.

Prospecting, outreaching and managing all the campaign automation from A to Z so in the end when NSC Group hired new Senior Partner the only worry new person had was which group to choose and figure out the final messaging and everything else was done by Open Rate - databases, compliance with the GDPR, campaigns and follow ups.
