GuavaHR is an Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Platform that helps communicate with employees, especially with those who aren't working in the office in front of the computer.
Challenges:
As an Estonian company aiming to expand internationally, GuavaHR set its sights on entering the Polish market. They were looking for a partner with deep expertise in Poland, fluency in the local language, and a proven track record to accelerate their prospecting efforts and market entry.
Solution:
GuavaHR partnered with Open Rate for more than a year. Initially, Open Rate focused on data scraping, database creation, and managing email campaigns. The partnership soon evolved to include developing a comprehensive sales strategy for Poland.
Open Rate managed multi-channel outreach, including emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls, while also conducting sales calls with potential clients.
As the next step one of our Open Rate team members joined GuavaHR as a team extension taking over full responsibility for approaching the Polish market.
Results/conclusions:
The collaboration with Open Rate enabled GuavaHR to establish initial contacts with numerous Polish factories. Tailored materials in the local language supported the sales process effectively.
Through testing various email contents, industries, and personas, Open Rate identified which approach is working better than the other.
During the first two months of cooperation we’ve:
- got 30% response rate,
- got 60% response rate,
- sent around 400 emails,
- set up 13 demo meetings.
This approach of continuous testing and market understanding helped to build a foundation for Guava’s in Poland..
